i wonder if it's how they got promoted...

all these people are higher rank than i am... i ask them questions, they give me answers for other things... and pages of crap which do not answer my question..

when people ask me questions, i give them a direct and useable answer which gets watered down by the bosses into an exercise in obfuscation..

i'm starting to wonder if it's me and not them.. because they're all like that..

effing boss... when she talks on the phone, it takes physical effort to not cringe...

it was her stupid BS talking crap sycophantic type talk and email to some people has caused misunderstanding (nothing was tasked out) and anger (because it's all BS and nothing is actually done or clear)

but i think it's a habit of hers... the false "joy" of receiving a phonecall to the shameless praising of the other party..

i had to ask her once "what is it you wanted the other guy to do? "

Birds of a feather flock together. You realise that they all seem to think and operate on the same wavelength? That's why they like to promote like-minded people so it's easier for them to understand each other and it'll be easier for them to get things done cause they'll 'ah kah liao'! Razz

the upper management insist that we have god-like powers... but give us serf-like wages... i still wonder if they know we struggle with the crap tools they buy for us to use..

while they do nothing more than "correct" your grammar which is actually mangling it, they sign the thing and write "approved" on it... and get fricken high pay...
